EarnIn Card breaks the outdated payroll system with Live Pay

I led the creative direction and strategy for EarnIn’s first major product launch since its flagship earned wage access offering. The launch introduced the EarnIn Card with Live Pay and set a new creative and strategic bar for the brand.

The campaign spanned the full funnel—from CTV and a 30+-creator influencer program driving awareness, to a comprehensive lifecycle email program, web and in-product experiences, and a Visa partnership—ensuring a cohesive narrative across every customer touchpoint.

At its core, the work reinforced a powerful truth: EarnIn customers have their own backs. With EarnIn Card, they no longer have to rely on loans or credit cards to access their money.

The two-week paycheck is outdated. EarnIn Card with Live Pay isn’t just a new card—it’s a point of view: real-time access to money already earned, built for a world that moves instantly.
