I'm a people-first creative executive who believes great creative comes from clarity, trust, and momentum. I'm especially energized by roles where creativity is seen as a strategic driver of the business, not just a service function.

With nearly two decades of experience building brands, leading high-performing teams, and scaling creative organizations inside fast-moving companies, my sweet spot sits at the intersection of creative direction, strategy, and operations.

Most recently, I served as Head of Creative at EarnIn, where I led a multidisciplinary in-house studio across brand, growth, product marketing, lifecycle, and comms. I built teams from the ground up, partnered closely with executive leadership, and delivered work across national brand campaigns, performance marketing, and product launches.

I'm a hands-on idea generator who sets creative vision, shapes big concepts, and brings out the best creative thinking in the people around me. I care deeply about what we make, and I'm equally invested in how we make it. I build clear creative systems, strong cross-functional partnerships, and processes that help teams move faster without sacrificing craft.
